We start by using our architect to help design the custom home of your dreams. We can either start from scratch, or use an existing house plan and modify it to suit your needs. Then we bring on our engineers who will provide the Title 24 (energy codes) and engineering stamp. Once we have pulled the permits, we can start the building process. While it may take up to a year or more to complete, the wait will be worth the effort when you finally enter in your new custom home. If you dream it, we will build it.
